FLAT TO FLAT COMMUNICATION
Flat owner can communicate with any other flat owner by just dialing the respective that number (extension number)
ALARM
Each extension can have their own morning alarm.
CONFERENCE
Unlimited extensions can be on conference at a time.
AUTO REDIAL OF MISSED CALL
System strokes last 10 called numbers of each extension as well as last registered incoming call (missed call). Any extension giving more than eight rings to other extension becomes a registered incoming caller.
CALLER LINE IDENTIFICATION
Each extension can obtain the last 10 called numbers through the display unit installed at the security procedure to get callers identification
EXTENSION TO FLAT CALL BARING (NO MAN'S EXTENSION)
This feature helps to restrict the strangers/blank calls to the flat. Any extensions like LIFT, TERRACE can be defined as NO MAN's extension so that from such extension you will only be able to contact security not the flat.
PANIC ALERT
In case of emergency lift the handset & Dial "#0" immediately display will show your flat number with siren.
BARGE IN FROM SECURITY
If the dialed extension is busy (in conversation with other extension) you can barge in between the conversation of that extension (This feature is useful in case of any important message to be passed to that extension).
HOTLINE
System allows you to select one extension number (hot line number) which is automatically dialed after a delay of three seconds from lifting the handset.
REAL TIME CLOCK SETTING
The timing displayed at the security can be changed from the Master extension.
PANIC ALERT BUTTON
- There is a separate Panic Alert Button fitted next to your instrument
- In case of emergency, Press the button
- Alarm Bell will ring at the Security with flat No. On the display board.
PAGING
From any extension Dial "#49". You will directly get into the paging announcing part. If the paging port is busy you will get busy tone.
CABLE TAMPER ALERT
For activating this feature enabled extension should be terminated by the resistor provided along with system.
OFF THE HOOK BUZZER
Whenever your extension telephone receiver is not kept properly or line is busy for more than the valid time, the external buzzer fitted near the instrument starts ringing. This buzzer also rings whenever there is another call while you are talking to other extension as a indication of second call.
PRESIDENT BROADCAST
Any message can be stored in the system, which will be announced to every extension as soon as the extension goes off hook.
ELECTRONIC DOOR CENSER INTERFACE
. If your flat is fitted with a door censer, it will ring alarm when any unauthorized entry takes place.
. Door censer consists of a lock and key fitted next to your door.
. Lock and key is used to activate and deactivate the door censer.
VENDER ALARM
This facility informs you the arrival/availability of the vender.
CALLER ID INTERFACING FACILITY
Any standard telephone instrument having CLIP (DTMFtype) equipment can be connected to the extension.This will display the extension number from where you are getting the call.This is a restricted facility , for this facility to be allowed to any extension you have to programme the system from the master extension.
